Janders and Flynn is a services business that provides asset management, professional strategic management consultancy and property management services to its sister companies within the Wild Geese group.

Some external managing agents are instructed for schemes owned by sister companies, however they are administered by Janders and Flynn. Commercial stock and ground rental is administered direct by Janders and Flynn.

The strategic consultancy service is led by Nick Faulkner personally and covers developer set-up work, creating sustainable management strategies ensuring an agreed exit strategy for developers whilst mitigating any latent cost liabilities and service charge voids. Advice on exit strategies including the creation of RMC’s with bespoke Memorandum and Articles of Association and assisting with the transfer of responsibility between developer and resident control.

Nick is also able to provide advice to Right to Manage and Residents Management Companies over disputes and service charge administration, however a full management service is not provided. Where recourse to the First Tier Tribunal is necessary, Nick has acted as both Expert Witness and advocate in these Tribunals over the course of the last 2 decades.
