Wild Geese is the private group of companies owned by Nick Faulkner, which is real estate focused, covering both trading businesses and property investment companies.

Its legacy has been created over the last three decades with both residential and commercial properties as well as trading businesses particularly in the leasehold management sector being purchased and disposed of during that time. Some assets are long term holds for future generations.

With an eye on diversification future investments will be considered across Europe for both real estate and trading businesses.

Nick is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in complex mixed tenure mixed use property management.

He is a founding member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers and former lecturer on the CPD circuit in leasehold best practice for the University of Portsmouth and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Nick has over 25 years’ experience in the property sector, including launching and expanding a number of successful businesses.

He is also a published author, with his two novels “A Dream to Die For” and “The Gift Room” available on Amazon.
